Coming Soon: The Oldest Daughter Playbook
The Oldest Daughter Playbook is an empowering and deeply personal exploration of identity, Black femininity, culture, and leadership through the lens of the oldest daughter. Written by Zimbabwean-Canadian author Melissa Natasha Nyamushanya, who arrived in Canada as a refugee at the age of seven, the book reflects on the unique responsibilities many immigrant daughters carry while navigating family, culture, and belonging.
